IFEM's New Governance Structure


At its October 2011 meeting, the IFEM Board approved a comprehensive revision of the By-laws.
The revisions allow for the establishment of a new tripartite structure and the creation of a new 12 member Board.  The new Board will comprise six members of the Executive, and six members representing geographical regions.  A new Assembly will be comprised of the representatives of IFEM's Full, Affiliate and Ex-Officio members.
