Critical guidance for mitigating the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the safety and integrity of ED’s around the globe

The IFEM Task Force on ED Crowding and Access Block has developed a critical guidance for mitigating the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the safety and integrity of emergency departments around the globe.

Topics covered range from PPE preservation, ED design strategies, advocacy opportunities and caregiver well-being and psychological support.

This critical guidance was launched in a global town hall webinar on 25 March 2020.
