Welcome Message from ICEM 2024 Chairman
Dear Esteemed Colleagues,
It is our great pleasure to invite you to join the 23th International Conference on Emergency Medicine (ICEM 2024), which will be held at Taipei International Convention Center (TICC) & Taipei World Trade Center (TWTC) in Taipei, Taiwan from June 19 to 23, 2024.
The theme of ICEM 2024 is Glocalization: Global Wisdom and Local Solution. The aim is to narrow down the emergency medicine development gaps worldwide, and to expand opportunities for you to share your research and to network with the global emergency medicine community.
In this regard, we are developing a comprehensive and exciting scientific program that reflects the current state-of-the-art techniques and issues worth discussing. A large number of world-renowned speakers and delegates will share their expertise, remarkable achievements and innovative ideas through active intellectual collaboration. We believe that this annual meeting will play an important role in promoting future international and inter-organizational co-operation and thus contribute to improving patient care and research in the field of emergency medicine.
In addition to the rich scientific program, the host city of Taipei offers a chance to all its visitors to experience a mix of Asian culture and world-class city life.

Welcome Message from TSEM President
Dear Esteemed Colleagues,
On behalf of the Organizing Committee of the 23th International Conference on Emergency Medicine (ICEM 2024), we are delighted to invite you to participate in the Congress which will take place at Taipei International Convention Center (TICC) & Taipei World Trade Center (TWTC), Taipei, Taiwan on June 19-23, 2024. We anticipate over 2,500 participants from all over the world to join this remarkable event.
The Scientific Committee will prepare an excellent mix of plenary lectures, keynote speeches, symposia, and industry sessions by a line-up of speakers appealing to those working in Emergency Medicine (EM). This time, we will include an up-to-date series of EM, such as resuscitation medicine, pediatric emergency, trauma, clinical toxicology, emergency medical care, disaster medicine, emergency ultrasonography, infectious disease, etc. We will invite experts and scholars to provide multiple programs to achieve multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural solutions to help solve emergency medicine challenges at both the global and local levels. The collective wisdom of the experts in emergency medicine from all over the world can be shared and disseminated faster than ever in the areas of health policy, clinical practice, research, and medical education.
