The International IFEM of Emergency Medicine (IFEM) will respect the privacy of every member of the IFEM. Information provided by members will be treated in accordance with the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 and the New Zealand Privacy Act 1993.
The IFEM may be required to collect and store personal information for communication and administration purposes such as:
IFEM commits to ensuring that all personal information it keeps remains accurate, complete and up to date as informed by members and users of the site.
Information held on members will be stored securely and will only be provided to a third party with the consent of the individual or organisation concerned.
Website advertising policy
Advertising on the IFEM website is restricted to events and employment relating to Emergency Medicine.
Advertising must not contradict the mission and goals of the IFEM outlined in the IFEM website
Advertising is neither a guarantee nor an endorsement unless specifically stated “IFEM endorsed”
The IFEM does not accept commercial advertising or sponsored links on its website.
The IFEM reserves the right to decline any submitted advertisement or discontinue posting of any advertisement previously accepted.
