Dr. Rogério Giesta is Associate Professor in the Medical School of the Federal University of Ceará (UFC). He received his medical degree and master’s degree from UFC, and his PhD in the A. C. Camargo Hospital. He is guest researcher at the Johns Hopkins University and the International Committee of the Red Cross. Founder and coordinator of the UFC's Pre-Hospital Urgency and Emergency Center. He was a doctor of the Aeromedical Rescue Group of Ceará and former Coordinator of the Permanent Education Center of the Mobile Emergency Care Service of Ceará.
