In June 2027, the global emergency medicine community will come together in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, for the 26th IFEM Global Congress on Emergency Medicine. IFEM2027 marks the beginning of a new chapter as the Congress adopts its new identity, evolving from the International Conference on Emergency Medicine (ICEM) to the IFEM Global Congress on Emergency Medicine.

Hosted by the Malaysian College of Emergency Physicians, IFEM2027 will bring together emergency care professionals from around the world to share knowledge, exchange perspectives and build collaborations that strengthen emergency care across different health systems and communities.

Under the theme “One in Diversity, Rise for Humanity,” the Congress celebrates the diversity of global emergency medicine while recognising the common purpose that connects our profession.
