About our awards
At each International Conference on Emergency Medicine, IFEM recognizes the contributions of our colleagues in international emergency medical care and seeks nominations for the following IFEM Awards:
Gautam Bodiwala Lifetime Leadership Achievement Award
Order of the International Federation for Emergency Medicine (FIFEM)
ICEM Research Excellence Awards
Each year nominations close around January and awards are presented at the International Conference on Emergency Medicine the following year.
Please note each nomination must be submitted online, signed by the President of the nominating organization, and accompanied by a two-page reference letter and a one-page citation. A non-refundable nomination fee applies to each nomination. Nominations are considered by the IFEM Board.
