We recognize that Emergency Physicians, Trainees, and other Emergency Medical Care Workers from low-and middle-income countries may not always have the financial means to attend our events.

To improve accessibility, our goal is to secure a sponsor for every IFEM online event. This sponsorship enables us to provide sponsored registration to Emergency Medical Care Workers who would otherwise be unable to participate in our virtual learning events.

This initiative plays an essential role in ensuring IFEM can deliver accessible resources and education to Emergency Medical Care Workers across all countries and resource settings—supporting our mission to create a world where everyone has access to high‑quality emergency medical care.

Submitting an application does not guarantee a sponsored seat. Sponsored seats are limited and allocated based on eligibility and availability.

Our Event Sponsorship Initiative requires applicants to meet one of the following priority categories. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Once all sponsored seats are filled for an event, applicants who do not receive a seat will be added to the waitlist or considered for the next sponsored event, as applicable.

Priority 1:Emergency Physicians from Low- and Middle-Income Countries
Priority 2:Emergency Physician Trainees from Low- and Middle-Income Countries
Priority 3:Other Emergency Medical Care Workers from Low- and Middle-Income Countries
