IFEM’s mission is to advance the growth of high-quality emergency medical care through education and standards, to lead the collaboration and networking necessary to establish universal equality in service and care, and to promote the creation and growth of the specialty of emergency medicine in every country.
There is still significant work to do, and right now millions of people die or suffer life-long injury and disability because the countries in which they live cannot provide them with the emergency systems and medical care that they need. IFEM works every day to create a world where all people in all countries have access to high quality emergency care.
Your financial support will play a critical role in scaling up the work we do, ensuring that all countries have the systems, resources, training and expertise they require to provide high quality emergency care to their citizens, and to save lives.
Donate today, and together we can create a world where all people, in all countries, have access to high quality emergency medicine.
Your financial support will help us continue our vital work
- Fostering relationships and knowledge-sharing between global emergency medicine experts and local healthcare providers, for better emergency care.
- Advocating with governments and key decision-makers.
- Developing and making freely available locally relevant education and standards in multiple languages.
- Rapidly harnessing and sharing clinical and health systems expertise.
- Facilitating collaboration and networking among global experts and those developing emergency care in their own jurisdictions, in order to support equality in service and care.
- Promoting the creation and growth of the specialty of emergency medicine globally.
