The Latin American Federation of Emergency Medicine (FLAME) invites the medical and academic community to participate in the second edition of its congress, which will bring together professionals from across Latin America to share knowledge, experiences, and innovations that strengthen emergency medicine in our region. 

With local support from the Brazilian Association of Emergency Medicine (ABRAMEDE), the event will take place from April 29th to May 2nd, 2026, at the Rebouças Convention Center in São Paulo, Brazil. This will be three intensive days of scientific activities, interactions, and networking, featuring national and international speakers, roundtables, courses, panels, and scientific paper presentation sessions. 

With an expected attendance of 1,500 participants, FLAME 2026 is built for the front line, where decisions must be fast, precise, and evidence based. Expect key updates across sepsis, shock, resuscitation, ventilation, airway, emergency ultrasound, trauma, stroke, toxicology, prehospital care, disasters, and new technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, plus many more.
