GUÍAS Simposio para IFEM
El Directorio de la Federación Internacional de Medicina de Emergencias (IFEM) invita a individuos y a organizaciones a realizar encuentros educativos y científicos en su nombre con el fin de fomentar los propósitos y los objetivos de la Federación, como se describe en su constitución. No existe un formato del todo definido para estos encuentros, pero se aclara que no deberán ser concebidos para competir o reemplazar a la Conferencia Internacional sobre Medicina de Emergencias (ICEM). ICEM es el evento principal en el calendario de IFEM y se realiza cada dos años, generalmente en Mayo o Junio. Estos encuentros deberán reconocer a la IFEM como organización auspiciante.
