Target Audience
This webinar is designed for healthcare professionals working in emergency and urgent care settings, including physicians, residents, nurses, and support staff. Essential topics on mental health, resilience, and self-care in high-pressure environments will be addressed.
Learning Objectives
This session aims to enhance knowledge about practical tools for strengthening resilience and self-care in emergency settings, identify early warning signs of burnout and mental disorders, and promote leadership and work environments that protect mental health.
