Bring the IFEM Global Congress to Your Country - Host IFEM Global Congress 2029

The International Federation for Emergency Medicine (IFEM) is inviting Expressions of Interest from Full and Affiliate Member organisations to host the 2029 IFEM Global Congress on Emergency Medicine.

The IFEM Global Congress is an annual cornerstone event for the international emergency medicine community. It brings together clinicians, educators, researchers, and leaders from across the world to exchange knowledge, strengthen systems, and advance the delivery of emergency care.

The 2029 Congress will mark the 28th edition of this global gathering.

Who Can Apply?

IFEM Full and Affiliate Member organisations are eligible to submit Expressions of Interest to host the Congress.

Key Dates

Expression of Interest deadline: Sunday, 17 May 2026

The successful host organisation will be announced at the 2026 IFEM Global Congress in Hamburg, Germany (9–13 June 2026).
