Vision
To standardize and improve emergency medicine education globally by identifying the fundamental international standards of emergency care-related ILOs for medical student education based on available resources and international expert consensus. Recommendations in this document reflect educational practices in IFEM member countries and were developed collaboratively by IFEM member country representatives and the members of the Core Curriculum and Education Committee. This document will provide guidance to medical professionals, educators, decision makers when addressing the emergency care related curriculum needs of learners during medical school training.
