Trauma Care Around The World
Trauma related injuries are a frequent cause of morbidity and mortality, and critical clinical decisions based on latest evidence are potentially lifesaving. This webinar will highlight both common and infrequent trauma scenarios presenting to emergency departments around the world. Expert clinicians working in a variety of environments will discuss diverse problems and evidence-based local solutions.
Topics to be covered include: acute trauma resuscitation, spinal injury management, penetrating injury, life -threatening chest injury, head injury, paediatric trauma and serious injury in the pregnant patient.
This event will be of interest to emergency and other clinicians who wish to further their knowledge and improve their clinical management of a broad selection of interesting trauma topics from a global perspective, some of which they may rarely encounter in day to day practice.
